Who does not play any sports nowadays? The fact is that everyone want to get fit. However it is very difficult to choose the best way to do some sport and the perfect time of the day to do it.
Those who support individual sports say that these sports are the best ones to be in shape and to have fun, they claim that you can always make your best and you can also measure your own physical capacity. Finally, it is easier to find different individual sports and you don not have to take on a commitment.
On the other hand, there is a wide range of the population which are against individuals sports, whose advice is that you have to practice group sports where you can be in touch with many other people and where you can compite with your team mates.
To sum up, although there are two sides to see everything, i agree that individual sports are a best way to be in shape and to make your best, you can meet many people too.
